As real estate agents with Mirambell Realty, Robyn Bruno and Amanda Swift work together to deliver results for their clients, many of whom are searching for the right move-up home and therefore buying and selling at the same time. Robyn and Amanda believe that most of the work is done before listing a home, so they prioritize research and preparation to facilitate a smooth, timely sale. Continually expanding their market knowledge, they strive to bring the best value to clients while meeting every need. With over 20 years of combined experience, they have the know-how to navigate both common and unforeseen challenges and provide expert guidance.
First connecting on a personal level because of their son’s friendship, they quickly connected on a professional level discussing their love of real estate. Robyn recruited Amanda to join Mirambell Realty, three years later they formed a team. Robyn and Amanda complement each other professionally and bring two different dynamics to every client and transaction.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Robyn first became interested in the real estate industry while attending college. She was inspired by her mother who obtained her real estate license. She watched the real estate market in Baton Rouge while at LSU after Hurricane Katrina and the subsequent increase in sales activity which piqued her interest even more. After graduating from LSU, she moved back to New Orleans and worked retail before deciding to follow her passion to pursue a career as a Realtor in 2007.
In 2008, the first-time home buyer incentive program was available providing a great opportunity to buyers. This created much needed demand to continue rebuilding the city of New Orleans after the hurricane. She initially worked with friends and family and her real estate business began to take off. In it for the long haul, she got involved more in her local board including the Louisiana REALTORS Leadership series and joined Young Leadership Network which she later vice chair and chair for several years.
In 2012, she changed to a new broker and partneship at Mirambell Realty where she has been ever since. In 2014, to further her education and demonstrate her commitment to the profession she received her Brokers license. This knowledge and experience gives her the ability to confidently represent buyers and sellers. She even has had the opportunity to mentor other new and seasoned agents in the office.
She received NOMAR’s Rising Star Award in 2015 and has been Mirambell Realty Realtor of the Year 2013-2016, 2018-2019 and 2022. In a highly competitive field, she consistently been in the top 5% of Realtors in the Greater New Orleans Area since 2015 (INSERT total agents here)
Robyn loves the real estate business and all the relationships she builds with her clients. Often clients become great friends and that is one thing she truly cherishes about her job. More than just a transaction she takes pride in being genuine and treating her clients as family.
When she isn’t selling real estate, she’s spending time with her family and friends, playing sports with her kids or researching her next marketing idea! She loves exploring all the fun things New Orleans has to offer with her husband Joseph, son Anthony, and daughters, Scarlett and Violet.
Amanda Swift is a New Orleans-based real estate agent with an eye for design. Growing up in South Louisiana, she was always drawn to antebellum architecture, French-style décor and vintage pieces.
Over the past few years, Amanda and her husband have bought, renovated and sold multiple homes. Following her dream of being an interior designer, she has successfully completed multiple projects each time creating a dream home for a future buyer. Amanda brings a special design element to each house, staging and creating a space that is inviting to potential buyers. Amanda makes the buying and selling process seamless and desires to create a positive experience for her clients.
Amanda joined Mirambell Realty in 2019 and was named Top 10 agents in 2022.
Since graduating from Louisiana State University, Amanda has worked with clients in many industries, working 20+years in Client Development roles. Amanda prides herself on not only being genuine and honest but putting the needs of her clients first. Not only is she responsive and client-focused, but she also has a talent of turning a property into a homebuyer’s dream home.
When Amanda is not working, she is spending time with her husband, Braxton, and beautiful children, a son Finley and daughter Mary Claire. You can also find her on the tennis courts or browsing local antique shops.
