As a licensed real estate agents in the New Orleans Metro Area, Amanda and Robyn can assist with all the steps throughout your home buying process. Searching for your perfect home is exciting, but there are many obstacles to consider and navigate. Each transaction is unique and can be challenging, we will walk you through the entire process from finding your home to closing the deal. If you are an investor/developer looking to buy investment properties, we not only assist with the home buying process but we can assist with the design plan to attract your targeted buyers to your property.

After being runner up to several houses, we decided to give Amanda Swift a chance. She quickly exceeded our expectations! Purchase Agreement: We can assist with making an offer on your ideal property. After reviewing property comparatives to determine the value of the property we can discuss the appropriate price and make the offer.
Inspections: Inspections are an important part of making sure you are not over-paying or purchasing a property with unknown defects. This process can be challenging, but we will help guide you throughout the inspection process.
To the closing table! Getting to the closing table is sometimes lengthy and challenging but worth the wait. We will strive to make it a smooth transition through all of the steps getting us to the finish line and into your new home!
